Everyone can feel down sometimes. Thankfully, nowadays there is a lot more discussion about mental health and wellbeing, and what we can do to maintain positive mental health. However, there is very little information available on this for Deaf people in ISL.
With this in mind Chime has created a number of short videos on mental health and wellbeing. We hope that any member of the Deaf community experiencing challenges with their mental health finds the videos helpful.
